Easy Cupcake Breakfast

Cupcake Breakfast


Ingredients ;

2 eggs
2 sliced bread
10 g shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions ;

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 C, and lightly spray cooking oil to the muffin tin.

Step 2
Trim the bread skin and flatten slightly into the muffin tin to form a cup.

Step 3
Crack an egg into a bread cup, add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the egg. 





Step 4
Bake it for 10-15 mins. Serve with sliced of avocado.
