Sweet & Sour Fried Chicken Wing (ปีกไก่ทอดกรอบเปรี้ยวหวาน)

Ingredients;

Fried Chicken Wing
1/2kg Chicken Wing                                     
1/3cup Tempura flour                                     
1/2cup Plain flour                                           
1/2tsp Salt                                                     
1tsp Pepper                                                 
2tbs Cold water/water with iced                  
4 cup Vegetable oil                                       
                                        
Sweet & Sour Sauce
1+1/2 tbs Tamarrine sauce                                 
4tbs Tomato Sauce                                       
1+1/2 tbs** Korean Hot pepper paste                              
1tsp Salt
2 tbs Sugar                                                      
2tsp Sesame seed                                       
2tsp Corn flour                                             
2tbs Water
                                                  


Korean Hot Pepper paste,
You can buy from any Korean Grocery Shop


Directions;
Step 1
Flavor your chicken wings with salt and pepper. Marinated chicken wing for 15 minutes. 


Step 2
Combine tempura flour, plain flour and cold water.
Cover chicken wing with mixed flour.



Step 3
Heat oil in deep pan-fryer to 175C.
Deep fried chicken wings until turn to golden brown on the outside,
and the chicken wings are no pink at the bone. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.


  

Step 4; To make a sweet and sour sauce
Combine tamarine sauce, tomatoes sauce, salt, sugar, hot Korean paste, water and corn flour in a mixing bowl, stir until mix well.

Add the mixture sauce into a wok with medium heat, bring it to boil. Add sesame seed, stir well. 
  




Step 5
Add fried chicken wings, do a few quick stir. Put sesame on top and serve it with rice. Yummm ^_^
