Steam Fish paste (Hor Mok Pla)




Steam Fish paste (Hor Mok Pla) ห่อหมกปลา




Ingredients
Fish paste                                                     1/2 pack or 225 g
Basa Fish                                                       1 and hafe Fish or 150 g
Egg                                                               1 egg
Coconut Milk                                                  1 cup + 1/4 cup
Red Curry paste                                              3 tbs
Fish sauce                                                      1 ts
Sugar                                                             2 ts
Cabbage                                                        5 leafs
Rice Flour                                                      1 tbs
Red Chilly                                                      2 pcs
Kaffir lime leaf                                              15 leafs
Basil leaf                                                       3 bunch


How to cook
1.To make the base plate,thinly sliced cabbages and boil in the hot water for 2 mins.
Rinse the water and leave in the plate.




2.Put into the small cups and put the basil leafs on top of each cups.





3.To make the fish paste,add 3 tbs of red curry paste,1 cup of coconut milk,
1 ts of fish sauce, 2 ts of sugar,225 of fish paste and 1 egg. Mix to combine.






4.Cut the fish in a small sizes and mix together with the fish paste and kaffir lime leafs.





5.Scoop the fish paste on top of the veggies




6.Steam for 20 mins,while you steam let make the coconut sauce.
Add 1 tbs spoon of rice flour with 1/4 cup of coconut milk,mix to combine and put into the microwave for 30 sec.







7.cut thinly sliced of chilly and kiffir lime leaf.



8.Serve topped with coconut sauce and kiffir lime leaf on top.








Sweet Pumkin Pears With Egg (Bua Loy Kai Waan)


Sweet Pumkin Pears With Egg
(Bua Loy Kai Waan) บัวลอยฟักทองไข่หวาน


Pumkin pears & Egg with coconut milk,
it 's a good combination of dessert.

Ingredients

Glutinous Flour                                                                 1 cup
Pumkin                                                                            300 g
Palm sugar                                                                       100 g
White sugar                                                                      2 ts
Salt                                                                                  1/4 ts
Coconut milk                                                                     1 cup
Water                                                                               1 cup
Pandan leaf                                                                        2 leaf
Egg                                                                                  3 eggs


How to cook
1.To make pumkin pears,cut pumkin and put in the microwave about 5 mins.



2.Crush the pumkin,mixes with 1 cup of glutinous flour,2 teaspoon of sugar and 1/4 of salt.





3.Mold the pumkin to small pears.
While mold the pumkin heat up the water on medium high.



4.Cook pumkin pears for 4-5 mins.
(If the pumkin pears cooked they will float to the top of water)




5.Transfer cooked pears to the cold water.


6.To make the sweet coconut,
Preheat 1 cup of coconut on medium high,adds 1 cup of water ,2 pandan leaf and 100 g of palm sugar.



7.After palm suger melt,adds the pumkins pear and the eggs.
After the eggs cooked turn of heat. Serve in small bowls.
