Larb Kai (Spicy mined chicken salad)

Ingredients;
Mined Chicken            400     g.
Lime juice                  1+1/2 table spoons.
Fish sauce                   1       table spoons.
Sugar                          1       tea   spoon.
Ground red chilly         1+1/2 tea  spoons.
*Depend on how spicy you like 
Chopped red chilly      1/2    tea   spoon.
Khao Koor                   1       table spoon.

Red onion,thinly sliced  1/2   an onions.
Chopped Shallot           1-2   shallots.
Chopped coriander       1-2   coriander.
Mint leaves                   5-6   leaves.
Chicken Soup or Water  5      table spoons.



How to cook;
  1. Bring the chicken soup or water to boil medium heat in a medium pot.
  2. Put mined chicken in a pot,stir until mined chicken are cooked.  SecretDon't cooked until your mined chicken become hard. The best Larb Chicken need to be just cooked and very soft chicken. 
  3. Put ground red chilly, khao koor, fish sauce, sugar and lime juice. Mixed all together. Secret; The authentic Larb Chicken the taste need to be ,First taste is sour,Second taste is Salty&Spicy,Third taste is sweet.
  4. Put all vegetables and mixed.
