Ingredients
Baby spinach 200 g.
Eggs 6 pcs
White Onion 1 pcs
Semi dried tomatoes 75 g.
Turkey,thinly sliced 100 g.
Butter 10 g.
pepper 1/4 ts
Salt 1/4 ts
Milk 3 tbs
How to cook
1.Heat water in a medium pot on medium heat.
Put baby spinach in the hot water about 3-5 mins.
Rinse the water out and choped cooked baby spinach in small sizes.
2.Choped white onion and turkey sliced.
3.Beat the eggs with 3 tbs of milk,1/4 ts of salt and 1/4 ts of pepper.
4.Put the butter to a round bake pan,put the white onions after the choped butter melt.
Stir until the white onion turn to clear colour.Add the choped turkey.
**In this process start to warm up the oven at 250 F
5.Add cooked spinach.
6.Pour the eggs to a round bake pan.
After that turn off the heat and leave it for 2 mins.
(See in the picture,you will see the cooked eggs came up from underneath.It s mean readly to go to the oven.)
7.Add dried tomatoes and transfer to the oven for 15-20 mins,untill it cooked.
