Chicken Rice** Kim 's Recipe (ข้าวมันไก่)

Proudy to present my chicken rice recipe
from healthy style,
Taste like resturant,the rice is soft and taste checken.
Let cook and make it happen!!



Ingredients;
To cook chicken rice
Chenken                                                       1 kg
Salt                                                              1 ts
Water                                                          2  liters
Jasmin Rice                                                  4 cup
Garlic                                                          1 whole garlic
Olive oil                                                      4 tbs
Ginger,thinly sliced                                     5-6 sliced
To cook the sauce
Choped Garlic                                             2 tbs
Choped Ginger                                            3+1/2 tbs
Choped Chilly                                             1+1/2 tbs
Sugar                                                          1/2 ts
Salted Soya Beans (Blended)                         2+1/2 tbs
Lime juice                                                  1+1/2 tbs
Sweet soy sauce                                          4 tbs
Soy sauce                                                    2 tbs
Chicken Soup                                              1/2 cup
Cucumber, thinly sliced                                1 cucumber

How to cook;

Making Chicken Soup & Rice

1.Tied the whole chicken (Follow the pictures).
Boiled 2.5 liters of water in high heat.



After the water is boiled,Add the whole chicken


Water have to cover a whole chicken


Add 2 ts of salt and 1 ts of sugar to the soup.


Cover with a lid and let it cook for 15 mins in **high heat,
After 15 mins have to down the heat to medium high heat,otherwise the chicken skin will come out and continuse cook for 20 mins or until it cooked.
So now you get a chicken soup!


How to check the chicken is cooked ?
The checken meat from this chicken part will became tightly.

After a whole chicken is cooked,
add the ice into water and put chicken in.


Why have to put chicken into the ice,
Because the ice will make the chicken skin still soft and not too dry.
So now you get a boiled chicken!

 
2. Choped a whole garlic or blended .






How to cook chicken rice

3.Fried garlic with 4 tbs of olive oil in medium high heat,until turn to golden brown.
Add 4 cup of jasmin rice,5 thinly sliced of ginger and a cup of chicken soup.





 Keep stiring until all the chicken juice go into the rice.


Transfer the rice to the rice cooker and add 3 cup of chicken soup.
Leave it cooked in the rice cooker.




Here is the chicken rice !



Making the sauce

1.Mixed Choped garlic,choped ginger,choped chilly,
blended salted soya bean,chicken soup,lime juice,
sweet soy sauce,soy sauce and sugar together.






Here is a yummy sauce !!!


Serve with chicken meat sliced,a yummy sauce on the side,
 thinly sliced cucumber and chicken soup.
