Red Curry Paste Stir Fried with Pork Spare Ribs(กระดูกหมูอ่อนผัดพริกแกงเผ็ด)



This recipe is very common and popular in Thailand.
The taste are spicy and
combine between salty and sweet.

Let start with an ingredients#





Ingredients;
1.Pork Spare Ribs                                400     g
2.Long Green Been                                  8     pieces
3.Red chilly                                              2     pieces
4.kaffir lime leaves                                 10    leaves
5.Vegetable Oil                                     1+1/2 tbs
6.Water                                                   8     tbs
7.Red Curry paste                                    3     tbs
8.Sugar                                                  1+1/2 ts
9.Fish sauce                                            1      ts
10.Garlic clove                                       2      pieces

How to cook;

1. Prepared all ingredients.
- Cut Pork Spare Ribs in small pieces
- Garlic cloves,crushed
-Kaffir lime leaves,thinly sliced
-Red Chilly,thinly sliced
-Long Geen Bean,trimmed and cut









2.Heat oil in large frying pan on high.
Cook garlic for 2-3 mins or until turn to golden brown.
Add pork spare ribs,red curry paste,sugar and fish sauce
; stiring until combine.




3.Add long green bean,chilly and kaffir leaves
; cook for 3 mins or until everything is cooked well







 4. Serve with steam rice and choped chiily in fish sauce.
