Salmon Teriyaki


Salmon Teriyaki
Ingredients
1. Salmon                          450-500 g.
2. Salt                                        1 ts.
3. Black pepper                           1 ts.
4. Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce          3 tbs + 1 ts.
5. Olive oil                                 1 tbs
6. Extra olive oil                         1 ts
7. Coriander leaves                     1 bunch
8. Shallot                                    2 shallots

How to cook;
1.Thiny sliced shallots and put in the water to make the shallot look great when you serve.






2.Prapared coriander (Follow the pictures)



3.Add salt and black pepper to two side of the salmon.




4.Heat olive oil in a large pan on medium.Grilled Salmon for 2 mins,each side,or until the salmon is cooked.





5.Heat  a small saucepan in medium heat and add 3 tbs of teriyaki sauce.
Heat up for 2 mins. Pour the teriyaki sauce on top of salmon fish.



6.Prepared salad,Rinse water from shallots sliced.
Mixed shallots sliced with coriander leaves,Add 1 ts of teriyaki sauce and 1 ts of extra olive oil. Topping on top of salmon and serve.
