Simple Fried Rice Egg (ข้าวผัดไข่)
















Ingredients;
Steam rice                        2 cup
Egg                                   3 eggs
Pork,sliced                       150 g
Tomato,choped                 1/2 tomato
Mix vegetable                    100 g
Sweet soy sauce                 1 ts
Soy sauce                           1/2 ts
Sugar                                  1/2 ts
Oyster sauce                        1/2 ts
Maggy Soy sauce                  1/2 ts
Oil (for fried rice)                 1 +1/2 tbs
Oil (for fried egg)                  2 tbs


How to cook
1.Heat the oil in medium pan fry.
Add 1+1/2 tbs of oil and 1 egg.




2.Add pork sliced. Stiring until pork cooked well.



3.Add steam rice               2 cup 
                                          Sweet soy sauce                 1 ts
                                          Soy sauce                           1/2 ts
                                          Sugar                                  1/2 ts
                                          Oyster sauce                        1/2 ts
                                           and Maggy Soy sauce            1/2 ts
                                                    Stiring until mix well.



4.Add choped tomato and mixes vegetable.Mix well. 


Now fried rice is done.



To make egg base.

Add the oil to a medium pan fry.
 Beat the egg and pouring into a pan.
Try to moving the egg all over a pan.
cook for 2-3 mins or until it cook.










Serve with fried rice ontop with lime sliced.
