Steam Fish with Spicy Lime Sauce
(ปลานิลนึ่งมะนาว)
Ingredients;
Nile Tilapia Fish 500 g
Lime Juice 3 tbs
Fish Sauce 2 tbs
Sugar 1 tbs
Garlic 5-7
Chilly 4-6 chilly
Coriander 1-2
Salt 1/2 ts
Pepper 1/2 ts
How to cook;
1.Medium cut and marinated fish with 1/2 ts of salt and pepper,
marinated for 15 mins
**If you buy them from the fish market,
dont forget to ask them to clean stomach and scale
Marinated with salt and pepper
Wraped and marinated for 15 mins
2.Steam marinated fish for 20-30 mins or until it cooked,in high heat
3.Thinly sliced garlic and chiily.
Add 2 tbs of fish sauce,2 tbs of lime juice and 1 tbs of sugar;mixed well.
Add thinly sliced of garlic and chilly.
Pour on top of steam fish.
Mixed the sauce until combine
Add garlice and chilly
Sliced lime
Cooked steam fish
Pour the spicy lime sauce on top of a fish
Topping with sliced of lime and coriander...
Now is ready to serve ^_^
