Three Cup Chicken (ไก่สามถ้วย)

Three Cup Chicken is the famous recipe of Taiwanese,
And please do not give me wrong,
If I cooked from my own version
but trust me the taste turn out,So great!!!





Why I say this is on my version because I actually add sweet soy sauce.
In original they not add this sauce in the recipe.
But after I cooked this recipe many time and add sweet soy sauce..
they turn out so great ! 

Ingredients;
Chicken wing ( you can other part of chicken )               1/2 kg
Corn flour                                                                       1 tbs
Salt                                                                             1/2 ts
Vegetable oil or olive oil                                                  1 tbs
Sesame oil                                                                      2  tbs
Soy sauce                                                                       3  tbs
Chinese Cooking Wine                                                     3  tbs
Sugar                                                                             1/2 ts
Sweet soy sauce                                                             3   tbs
Choped White onions                                                     1 onions
Basil leaves                                                                    1 cup
Dried Chilly                                                                 4-5 chilly
Choped garlic                                                                 1 tbs

How to cook;

1.Cut the chicken wing in half,
marinated with 1 tbs of corn flour and 1/2 ts of salt;for 15 mins.



2.Preheat a medium pot on high heat,add 1 tbs of olive oil/vegetable oil
( You can use 1 tbs of saseme oil instant but I dont like too strong smell of saseme
,so i use olive oil instant.)
and add 1 tbs of choped garlic.
Stiring until garlice half cooked or 2 mins and add chicken wing.





3. After chicken wing are half cook (you can see blood), 
Add  
Sesame oil                                                                      2  tbs
Soy sauce                                                                       3  tbs
Chinese Cooking Wine                                                     3  tbs
Sugar                                                                             1/2 ts
Sweet soy sauce                                                             3   tbs
Dried chilly                 4-5 chilly
Stiring until mix well and cover with a pot lid for 10-15 mins,
Every 5 mins have to open a lid and stiring,otherwise chicken will get burn.







4.Add choped onions and cooked for 3 mins.
At last add basil leave;turn off heat and ready to serve !!
