SABA FISH TERIYAKI (ปลาซาบะย่างซีอิ้ว)


Easy Japanese dish,Taste like resturant and save your money ... Why have to pay $17 ??
Here is the recipe...cost just $7 ..

Easy,Simple and healthy. 


Ingredients;
Saba Fish                                           1 fish 
Olive oil                                            2 ts
Teriyaki sauce                                    3 tbs
Sesame seed                                      1 ts
Tomato,thinly sliced                           3 pcs
Veggies salad                                     100 g

How to cook;
1.Sliced two side of the fish (follow the pictures),
Preheat oven to 200 c.



Washed all the fish blood by water


Put the fish on top of paper town to get rid of water.
Cut in the middle of the fish and on the side (Like photo that i show you)

2.Used aluminium foil to grill in the oven,
grilled for 7 mins each side and add olive oil on top of the fish.
(Olive oil will keep you fish not too dry)



3.After fish is cooked,add teriyaki sauce on top and topping with sesame seed.
Serve with tomato sliced and veggies salad.
