Stir Fried Soft Crab with Black Pepper (ปูผัดพริกไทยดำ)










Ingredients;
For deep fried soft crab
Soft crab                                  3 pcs
(Buy the frozen soft crab from any seafood shop)
Tempura flour                           3 tbs
Plain flour                                 2 tbs
Vegetable oil                             3 cup





For stir fried
Shallot,finely choped                 1 shallot
White onion,finely choped         1/2 onion
Capsicum,red and green             1/2 red/green
Black pepper,cracked                 1 tbs
Garlic,choped                            1 tbs
Oil                                             1 tbs
Oyster sauce                               2 tbs
Soy sauce                                   1/2 tbs
Sugar                                          1 ts
Corn flour                                    1 ts


How to cook

To deep fried soft crab

1. Defrosting the soft crab by water or microwave.
Clean the soft crab and cut in haft.



2.Mixed with 3 tbs of tempura flour and 2 tbs of plain flour.
Deep fried in hot oil for 10 mins or until turn to golden brown.
Rinse the oil.



                                               

To stir fried soft crab

1.Preheat a medium pan fry on high heat.
Add 1 tbs of oil , 1 tbs of Black pepper,cracked  
 and 1 tbs of garlic,choped.
 Stiring until the garlic turn to golden brawn or 2-3 mins.



2.Add Onion and capsicum.


3.Add 1 ts of corn flour,1 ts of sugar
,1/2 tbs of soy sauce,2 tbs of oyster sauce.
(You need to taste your oyster sauce first,
if you used difference brand with me.
Because the other brand,may too salty.
If there too salty just add 1 tbs.)
Stiring for 2 mins or until it soft.
Add deep fried soft crab and shallot at last.
;combine well.
And serve with steam rice.
